The holiday apartment is situated on the private hillside domain of ‘Les Hauts des Issambres’ overlooking the Gulf of Saint Tropez. It is one hour’s drive from Nice International Airport down the A8 Autoroute (direction Marseilles, Aix-en-Provence) to Frejus in the Var region (Exit 38).
N.B. You can hire a car from Nice Airport T2 or alternatively catch a train from Nice to Frejus or Saint Raphael and get a cab from there (about 20 minutes to apartment).
The apartment is a ground floor unit of 380 sq.ft. suitable for one couple, or a couple plus one child. No pets allowed. It comprises: living area with sofa bed; newly-renovated, fully fitted kitchen/diner (induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher); double bedroom; newly-renovated shower room and separate W.C. The apartment has air-conditioning and is equipped with bedlinen and towels; colour TV, CD player. There is no WIFI at the apartment, but the Club House at the top pool has WIFI. There is an outside covered terrace with awning and a small patio/garden area with privacy hedging and gate, as well as designated free parking out front. The domain boasts two private outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, kids’ play areas and ‘boules’ parks all set in beautiful grounds with sea views. There is also a designated refuse & recycling area nearby.
It is a 5-minute drive down the hill to the coast and the local village of San Peire with its long, sandy beach; shops; a Monday street market; bakeries; restaurants; laundrette and post office. The ‘Bateaux Verts’ (power boats) are located in the Port, offering water taxis to nearby coastal destinations eg. St. Tropez, Sainte Maxime, Cannes as well as excursions to beautiful off-shore islands eg. Ile Margeurite, Porquerolles.
In September, you can take a boat ride amongst the Classics and Maxi yachts during the world-famous regatta – ‘Les Voiles de St. Tropez’.
Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY, departing by 12 noon; and arriving after 3pm local time.
Cost of a weekly rental is EUROS 700 for 7 nights (approx. CA$1,000), all inclusive of utilities (ie. water & electricity). A 25% deposit is required to secure your dates, and full payment is due 30 days prior to the rental period.
